The address
For the guided-entry ticket the meeting address is 551 Zhongshan Rd (E-2), Huangpu District, Shanghai, postcode 200120. The meeting point can differ by option, so check your voucher.
By taxi or ride-hailing
Set the destination to Hotel Indigo Shanghai on the Bund and walk 120 metres north from there. A map app in English helps, so save the pin before you leave your hotel.
By metro
Take Line 10 or 14 to Yuyuan Garden Station and leave by Exit 7. The walk to the pier takes about ten minutes.
The underground entrance
Go in through the underground entrance, pass security and continue to the waiting area downstairs. A 7-Eleven store down there is where your guide meets you.
Arriving early
Be at the meeting point at least 20 minutes before departure. The boat cannot be delayed because one traveller is late.
If you cannot find your guide
Message the guide on WhatsApp immediately, or use the booking message thread. Guests who have done it describe guides who came out to find them.
